1. General

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be returned in original packaging, including any dust bag or protective wrapping
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

We will provide you with the correct return instructions and address.

Important:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.


2. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
support@aurevy.com

Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly — with a replacement or a full refund.


3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item — for example, a different colorway:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

This is the fastest way to receive your replacement.


4. European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. Our voluntary 30-day return policy goes beyond this legal minimum and applies to all orders.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Details:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
