Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period:
The period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer:
The natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day:
Calendar day.
Long-term transaction:
A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or purchase obligations of which are spread over time.
Durable data carrier:
Any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.
Right of withdrawal:
The possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur:
The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers remotely.
Distance contract:
An agreement concluded within a system organized by the entrepreneur for distance selling of products and/or services, whereby exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the agreement.
Means of distance communication:
Any method that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur being in the same physical location at the same time.
Terms & Conditions:
These present Terms & Conditions of the entrepreneur.
Article 2 – Identity of the Entrepreneur

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the agreement is concluded that the Terms & Conditions can be inspected at the entrepreneur’s premises and will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the Terms & Conditions may be provided electronically in such a way that they can be easily stored by the consumer on a durable data carrier. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the Terms & Conditions can be accessed electronically and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If, in addition to these Terms & Conditions, specific product or service conditions apply, the above provisions shall apply accordingly. In case of conflicting conditions, the consumer may always rely on the provision that is most favorable to them.
If one or more provisions of these Terms & Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
Situations not covered by these Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the spirit of these Terms & Conditions.
Any ambiguities regarding the interpretation or content of one or more provisions shall also be interpreted in accordance with the spirit of these Terms & Conditions
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to modify and adjust the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow proper assessment by the consumer.
Images used are a true representation of the products and/or services offered. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on the entrepreneur.
All images, specifications, and data are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.
Colors displayed may differ slightly from actual product colors.
Each offer contains sufficient information so that the consumer understands the rights and obligations attached to acceptance, including:
- the price including taxes
- shipping costs (if applicable)
- how the agreement is concluded
- whether the right of withdrawal applies
- payment, delivery, and execution methods
- validity period of the offer
- applicable communication costs (if any)
- whether the agreement is archived
- how consumers can review or correct their data
- available languages
- applicable codes of conduct
- duration of the agreement (if applicable)
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions.
If accepted electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt immediately. Until confirmation is received, the consumer may cancel the agreement.
The entrepreneur ensures secure data transfer and a safe online environment.
The entrepreneur may assess whether the consumer can meet payment obligations. If justified, the entrepreneur may refuse or impose conditions on an order.
The entrepreneur will provide the consumer with:
- contact details for complaints
- information about withdrawal rights
- warranty and service information
- previously stated offer details
- cancellation conditions for long-term agreements
All agreements are subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.
This period begins the day after receiving the product.
During this period, the consumer must handle the product carefully. Products may only be used to assess suitability.
If the consumer withdraws, the product must be returned in original condition and packaging.
The consumer must notify the entrepreneur within 14 days of receiving the product.
After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days.
Proof of return shipment is required.
If the consumer does not act within these timeframes, the purchase becomes final.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
If payment has been made, the entrepreneur will refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof of return.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Withdrawal Rights
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products that:
- are custom-made
- are personal in nature
- cannot be returned due to their nature
- perish quickly
- fluctuate in price due to market conditions
- are newspapers or magazines
- are opened audio/video/software products
- are hygiene products with broken seals
Exclusion may also apply to services such as:
- accommodation, transport, or leisure services with specific dates
- services started with consumer consent before withdrawal period ends
- betting or lottery services
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices will not increase during the validity period unless due to VAT changes.
Prices subject to market fluctuations may vary.
Price increases within 3 months are only allowed if due to legal regulations.
After 3 months, increases are allowed if:
- legally required, or
- the consumer may cancel the agreement
All prices include VAT.
Pricing errors (e.g. typos) are not binding.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Products must comply with the agreement, specifications, and reasonable usability standards.
Any warranty does not affect legal consumer rights.
Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in original condition.
Warranty does not apply if:
- products are modified or repaired by the consumer
- products are misused or handled improperly
- defects result from government regulations
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
The entrepreneur will process orders with care.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the consumer.
Orders will be fulfilled within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is delayed or unavailable, the consumer will be notified and may cancel the order.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after cancellation.
If a product is unavailable, a replacement may be offered.
Risk of loss or damage remains with the entrepreneur until delivery.
Article 12 – Duration Transactions
The consumer may terminate ongoing agreements at any time with a notice period of up to one month.
Fixed-term agreements may be terminated at the end of the term.
Automatic renewal is not allowed unless specified under limited conditions.
If a contract exceeds one year, the consumer may terminate it after one year.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be completed within 7 working days unless otherwise agreed.
Consumers must report any incorrect payment details immediately.
In case of non-payment, the entrepreneur may charge reasonable costs.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after discovery.
The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days.
If more time is needed, the consumer will be informed.
If unresolved, disputes may arise.
Complaints do not suspend obligations.
Valid complaints may result in repair or replacement.
Article 15 – Disputes
All agreements are governed by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
