1. General

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Hygiene Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty, cosmetic, or personal care products cannot be returned — even if used only once.

We will provide you with the correct return instructions and address.

Important:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.


2. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at:

We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

This is the fastest way to receive your replacement.


4. European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Details:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time

If returned items are found to be used or opened (especially beauty products), we reserve the right to refuse the return and no refund will be issued.
